Many storage and flexible generation sites are operated through several separate contracts: a battery supplier, a PCS provider, a balance of plant contractor and a monitoring service, each responsible for a piece of the site. When performance falls short, accountability is hard to find.
SEO contracts as a single entity for the complete asset. Our engineers are trained and equipped to maintain battery systems and power conversion equipment directly, across multiple OEMs. Where OEM warranties or long-term service agreements remain in place, we manage those interfaces on the owner’s behalf, so accountability always sits in one place. The whole arrangement is backed by a single contractual availability guarantee.
